Math Information
If a windmill costs $6,000 on a average and there are 900 windmills in Michigan, than how much money has Michigan invested in windmills?
6,000*900=5,400,000 which equals $5,4000,000.
So after all this time Michigan has invested $5,400,000 billion in windmills which has helped Michigans economy enough to help pay back some of the 5,400,000 dollars that they spent to build the windmills. With enough help and money we, the people of Michigan and the U.S.A we can help generate enough energy to power most of the U.S and possibly more. We, as our community can save Michigan money.
The green bar shows how much capacity of wind energy from windmills we gain each year which as you notice goes down from 2009 to 2010 and so hopefully that by 2020 we can make it go up from then on out and not have it go down. The red bar shows the total capacity from wind energy and hopefully we can raise that to so we can have more energy and so we can save more money.
